Order was easy. Getting the watch to do what it should was hard! It still doesn’t count steps which was a priority for me. The support people cannot figure out why. The return policy is impossible because it says it must be unused (how do they think you can test it)? It also says if you recharge it that voids the return policy! I’m stuck with a $100 piece of junk.Very dissatisfied
