Am based in Ireland so it seemed to take quite a while to receive the watch but there were regular updates as to where my watch was in the delivery process so I didn’t mind so much. Did take near enough 10 days to reach me.

Fine but not prepare to listen.

Shopping was easy. The only complaint I have is delivery time. Not really a complaint but just was expecting quicker delivery.

Great experience and very well made watches at an affordable price. ☺️👌🏼

Much delayed, difficult to work with. Would not recommend.

The company does not honor their guarantee, and their communication is not acceptable. I needed to talk to a live person and was never able to do so. Buyer beware.

Took over a month to receive watch. Shouldn’t advertise 5 days.

Very easy to deal with, quick delivery to rural Western Australia. Customer support was excellent when i contacted them with questions i had.

The tracking and delivery time was not great. But all good in the end.

Shipping took forever and communication was terrible. Watch is just ok and it drains my phone battery like crazy.

Overall fine. Seemed to take longer to receive the watch than expected Communication was spotty from the company I found myself reaching out to them more than them keeping me updated on my order status.

You never shipped my order until the day after I cancelled it. You kept marketing other watches when you had my money and never shipped it.

For expedited shipping it took almost a month to receive

Arrived in the expected amount of time and it was package well

Good watch but date/day is almost too small to read, regardless of which face you choose.

This is the 2nd watch I have purchased, the first is still going strong and its a pity to put it in the drawer. The new one makes my old arm look better.

7 days turned into 5 weeks.
