I had selected the right product from the start but the marketing promotional message they sent me right after I selected my product, caused me to change my mind ending up buying the product I did not like that I eventually replaced with the one I had intended to buy from the start. Too many confusing messages. Please provide customers with a product comparison chart right there and then when they are selecting what watch to buy. It is very hard to choose from the variety of products you carry.

The shopping experience was fun. There were four models to choose from, and while the basic model would have served my purposes, I talked myself into purchasing the more sophisticated one. Their marketing is very good. My first watch experienced some technical difficulties which resulted in requiring a replacement. That process was difficult. The issue was resolved, and most of the problem was a communication problem.
