I requested a return authorization, received a message saying the return was approved, then when I requested the actual return form and instructions I was ignored and have heard NOTHING from ZE despite several follow up messages from me. Customer Service has completely dropped the ball and I am completely disappointed with the company’s response. It’s one thing to slow-walk a return; it’s quite another for a company to IGNORE a customer service issue.

The communication was excellent in setting proper expectations. My only input is that the ability to track my order was very poor. The original shipper kept pushing back the expected arrival date but the watch actually arrived 10 before they said it would (obviously a good thing but annoying). Once it was transferred to USPS for last mile delivery, I was not able to get the USPS tracking # which would have given me much more accurate information.

I had to get in touch after a week, to find out the status of my purchase. I was told it was still being processed and would be notified when it was shipped. I did get a notification, then nothing. I couldnt track it, then suddenly, it was on my doorstep.
