The plant was full and beautiful. I like the way your company said they'd hold the plant for 2 weeks if the weather was cold. It wasn't supposed to be cold when it was shipped but the temp dropped and some of the leaves did get cold damage. Something like that is unforeseeable but I like that you are willing to hold plants to prevent cold damage. I am not a fan of heat packs, as a plant I bought from Etsy had one and it rotted the plant. Thank you for the lovely Kiwi delight.
