Customer service replies quickly, which is great. However, their instructions are very minimal. I’ve had to figure out most things on my own, Googling or watching YouTube videos from other users. There’s almost no detailed guidance on how to actually use the Player Pro during a round as a golfer — just basic setup info. This makes it harder than it should be to get the most out of the device on the course.

They are always great and I love their products. This is now the second range finder that I have bought from Blue Tees. I love that it now is able to connect to Bluetooth and I am able to locate it if I lose it somewhere. That feature seems to be spotty at times but it is nice.
