I ordered on 12th Aug 2025 (Order No. 40132025) and paid ₹150 extra for next-day delivery, but the dress arrived only on 16th Aug, after my daughter’s school Independence Day event. I asked for cancellation via WhatsApp and email but got no reply, and support was rude. Product quality is fine, but service is very poor. Paying extra for fast delivery yet receiving it late is unacceptable. The delay spoiled my daughter’s event. Very disappointing — I will not recommend this seller.
