The board was delivered to me and it has serious colour damage from sun exposure. I have been trying t get a solution via whatsapp with customer service but it hasn't been possible. Images attached. I need to get it replaced or get a partial refund, i can't keep a brand new board in this condition at full price. Please let me know how to proceed.
