The first time in a while that I actually received what I’ve bought. Two years ago is when the order process started to be wonky. Ordered 12in bong got a 16in. So usually my shopping experiences are great however this time i had a huge delay in shipping which is no big deal but i reached out to the company via email 9 days after placing my order and got no response. It wasnt until i had to comment under an instagram post for them to do anything about it bit tried to shut it down in the comment at first. Tha kfully it didnt escalate and everything worked out and i did get everything i purchased and am overall happy. I Will do business here again!
