Never received the items I purchased (over $200 in products). Sent e-mails on multiple occasions before getting a reply. When I asked for a refund, they told me they could give a discount on a future purchase. When I answered that message, once again, I was ignored and didn’t receive a reply. Super frustrating as these items were for my wedding day. A complete waste of money.

I tried to contact them for over two weeks to resolve the shipping address error. I received no response from them, neither by phone, email, nor social media. My wedding is in less than two weeks, and since I didn't hear back, I placed a second order, which, a week and a half after placing it, hasn't arrived. So now I've purchased the product twice, but I have nothing in my hands, and now I'm struggling to find the groom set because I trusted you. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
