I have to say I was very pleased with the quick response, thoughtful email and express shipping so a great example of resolving an issue! Great customer service! The products were as advertised and very lovely.The pink flower pin that came with my pink tie was broken. This wasn’t a big deal since I wasn’t planning to use it but still disappointing
