Long story short, decided to support small business, I now regret it. I ordered 13 ties to round out my holiday festivities...plus some future planning. My order was delayed, reached out to the company with spotty results, I eventually request cancellation. For some reason, they still shipped the order. Items come in a nice wooden box...this company used a plastic shipping bag loosely, the items banged together in transit. I originally planned to return 2 due to the delay and finding a couple alternatives but due to damage, i returned 4. It's been over a month and this company has cut off communications with no refund processed.
