Easy to order, lots of options, great delivery

I ordered online $500. The day of the order I rang 3 times to check my order would be ready for me to collect the next day. The phone went unanswered. When picking up the sale assist put 4 bags of food into a bag and said thankyou here is your order. I was shocked when looking at the bag....i said I was charged $500 dollars....they then went to look at my order and saw they were not giving me my complete order. I was shocked by the very poor service.

Easy to order and I know when delivery is coming and after several orders now I know exactly what I am going to receive. Really good quality food and great for the the dogs health.

As per my previous info. No response from management on my concerns.

Overall the products that have been opened seem like old stock and are being disposed of. I also don't like the packaging. Don't plan to buy again.

My Kelpie X Ruby Roo and I love shopping at Rogue Raw we normally stop by after dog training once a week. Ruby loves picking her own food with the sniff of her snout and especially loves it when the fresh food is going into the fridge as the heightened smell is heaven to Ruby 😉😍
