They sent the wrong size on the sweatshirt but when I reached out they responded quickly and immediately shipped me the correct size. I gave them a 4 star b/c it was a Christmas gift and if they had shipped the correct size to begin with it would have been on time. However, the replacement has not made it here yet but it is on it's way.
