I placed an order with this company on March 27, 2025, with the understanding that processing would take 2-3 business days and shipping would take 2-5 business days. Based on that, I expected to receive my order within a reasonable timeframe. However, it took 10 business days just to receive my items — far beyond what was promised. To make matters worse, I emailed twice for an update and never received a response. The lack of communication and delayed shipping made me hesitate to order again.
