The wash-day steps in your starter kit left my hair in a greasy mess. I was mortified. The clarifying shampoo left my hair VERY brittle. When I realized there was no Moisturizing Shampoo to offset the stripping effects of the clarifying shampoo, I felt bamboozled, WTH! I checked the refund policy and became more pissed off. I'm like, "That figures!" Truly, if I can sway two people from buying these products, I will have gotten my money back. I will be going back to Miche, Olaplex, and Briogeo!!!
