It took forever to get it like over a month because they had put the wrong address so it keep going back to the post office. Once I told them I wanted a refund and they had the wrong zip code. They would not refund my money they waited until it got back to them then sent it to the right zip code. It's not a good product for me! It haves made my hair super dry itchy and dandruff flakes thew my head. I had to get my doctor to order me some medication shampoo to get rid of it. Not for me.
