There was nothing wrong with buying the product, but I wanted to try that product before I invest in other products. There's a really large push to buy other products at the same time. I think that it's a bit too aggressive. Offer products once, and then if someone says no just let it go.

Although photos of scalp and an analysis was requested, I did wait to heal my irritation nor have a desire to pursue any formal medical examination. I would have prepared some form of a refund as consultation for the initial purchase. I could have sent the product back, as it was barely used.
