Return process. This particular item was on sale. However, the store offers no refund for ‘change of mind’ regardless. When shopping you need to be able to return the product if it is not suitable. If I was trying on an item in store and decide it does not suit my figure, I will return it to the assistant and say ‘thank you, but it’s not right for me’. It’s the ability to return an item. Unfortunately, even though I like their clothes I won’t be shopping with Halo and Hutch in the future.
