Disappointing. When I raised a genuine issue about the product not matching the description or photos, I was dismissed and told it was just my opinion. I was offered a store credit instead of a refund, even though I wouldn’t have ordered the item if the colour had been accurately shown and described. I also had to cover shipping both ways, which felt unfair given the misrepresentation. The whole experience left a bad taste.
