Took a little longer than I anticipated, about two weeks, but when I reached out to the seller, he responded after the third try and then things got moving.

Ordered tube and tire but only received tire. Customer service was unresponsive.

Misleading website when making our purchase. It showed that 3 free accessories came with the purchase that apparently did NOT. I have proof and screenshots and still was told it wasn't for the scooter I got . Will probably not buy again .

The shopping experience was fine. The reason for the 4 Stars is I wish they actually took phone calls rather than texting or emailing back & forth. Also sold a second bike for them & never even received a Thank you. Otherwise all was good.

Dealing with BackToModern that has been frustrating. I placed my order on December 2, 2024 for a snow scooter. I believe I was told I would receive it on December 12. I sent an email on December 10 requesting an update. I also had to follow up on December 11 because you cannot talk to a live person. The shipping label had been made, but nothing had been given to FedEx. The scooter was finally shipped on December 13 and I received it December 17. What I really want are the accessories. I was told that I would receive the accessories ten days after the scooter - not sure why the accessories couldn't be shipped sooner. The last email I sent requesting an update to the accessories went unanswered. It is now January 5, 2025 and I have no accessories. I am very frustrated and disappointed especially when I see it snowing!
