I ordered a pair of socks from The Socks Soho, hoping for a simple and smooth delivery. Instead, after weeks of waiting, I discovered my order was marked as "delivered" even though I NEVER received the package. To make matters worse, the delivery partner, DTDC, had the audacity to forge my signature to fake the delivery confirmation. This is not just unprofessional—it’s fraudulent.
