I have placed a return request and haven't heard back from that. The website is inadequate in terms of facilities for placing a return and refund request on the website itself like other e-commerce websites provide. You have to send a mail separately and then not hear back from them. Hugely frustrating!

You guys need to improve the material of your socks, start delivering a material worth the price that you charge. Also the prints appear faded. Was so much looking forward to the Tiger print sock but when I actually received it the print appeared faded making it look like a low grade ,substandard piece .
