Took one star off the shopping review bc I was denied promo code. Promo code discovered after purchase in email (received before purchase but didn't find until after). I immediately after purchase contacted seller & explained, requesting promo code apply & credit be given, but they said no. It would hv been better customer service to have said yes, especially when they hadn't even shipped yet—the request was within 1 hour of ordering & I paid $$$$$ for my order— so likely not repeat buyer.
