The return/exchange window is ridiculous. Especially during the holiday season. I have never heard of a company not adjusting their return/exchange window during the holiday season. Because I’m not able to exchange my items within a reasonable amount of time(18 days) I will shop elsewhere. I received no reply after explaining why I wasn’t able to exchange within the 10 days, the site wasn’t loading for some reason to process the exchange. Terrible customer service.
