He reasoning was I said I would I didn't do it fast enough so she did. I've never heard anything so bad as i told her I said "I will cancel " which clearly says not her. It didn’t say anywhere that there would not be a full refund for returned items until after the purchase. There is a restocking fee which ended up being over 30 euros plus almost 10 euros for return shipping. I didn’t except to have to pay for return shipping. I am very disappointed and will never do business with you again. Worst experience I have ever had with an online shopping transaction.
