Delivery was 4 days late through no fault of my own, costing me a fortune in missed work and nursery fees as I can't travel to nursery without a pushchair, courier was trying to deliver the pushchair to the wrong address and customer service actively tried to gaslight me into thinking the non deliveries were my fault. They refuse to take accountability and offered me the lowest priced accessory as a frankly insulting and insincere token gesture.
