Overall, I was happy with my experience and appreciated that the company always responded promptly whenever I had questions or concerns. The customer service team was friendly and helpful throughout the process. However, I do wish I had been notified proactively when the item I ordered became out of stock, rather than having to reach out multiple times for updates. Better communication regarding the delay would have made the experience even smoother. Despite that I definitely recommend.
