However, the painting was held up at customs as we were informed that the value declared by the seller was lower than the amount we had paid you. This meant we had to pay a €35 fee, fill in a form and delay delivery by several days. We do not understand why you do not declare the actual value of the painting, which, by law in Spain, must match the sale price. We were also forced to send them the purchase invoice and other required documents. Our painting is amazing! Michael worked with us to create exactly the image we wanted. Highly recommend them!
