did not get a tracking number in my order confirmation, had to email and chase it, then confused as it said dispatched but not moved for days this was due to a label being printed for the parcel but the product not ready for dispatch as a transfer had to be printed onto a top so not sent for a few days, which was explained via email after I chased the parcel, maybe say they need to be printed on website then we would expect a delay
