Website is fairly easy to navigate (although some categories are a bit inconsistent - eg a round necked long sleeved swing top is in 'tunics' but not the v-neck, both are in T-shirts). The delivery is very quick and my only contact with customer service was excellent. My only disappointment is that not all the garments are natural fibres and this is not clear until you look at the details of the items - the site's claim about 'Quality Natural Fabrics' is a little misleading as it led me to assume that everything is made of natural fabrics, not that the cotton and linen are 'quality' ones.
