Let me first say that the unit seems to work fine, and I don't have anything bad to say about it. My problem is with the support team from x-stream audio. That's why I am giving the low rating. I was having trouble getting the steering wheel controls to work, so I was trying different things to get them to work. I got it acting goofy, so I did a reset on it to try and get it back to the way it came. At first, the support team was trying to help me. When they found out I had reset it, which they did because I sent them pictures of the installed apps, and some of the ones they installed before shipping were missing. Like Netflix and an Agama Car Launcher App, they stopped replying to my emails. I didn't know they installed anything onto it. I thought it was sent to me the way it came from the factory. Now this is what really pissed me off. I used another email address to contact them about my problem. They told me they didn't have a record of selling anything to that address. When I told them the email I used originally, and the reason I used the other email, CRICKETS, no more replies to that email either. I would be ashamed if I was a member of the support team at x-streamaudio.com. the way they ghosted me is unbelievable. I would never buy anything from them again, and I urge you to not either.
