No help at all in trying to retrieve my order. Sent me the package info and told me to call the delivery company and try to locate my package even though you guys put down an incomplete address from my order. That was not my job, its your's! Horrible customer service. I asked to cancel order and get a refund but refused to do that as well. Absolutely ridiculous!

After back and forth email. I was offered 10% refund. I requested $9.99 to cover the expedite shipping. Then was offered 30% considering the additional cost associated with returning the item and the fact that the blemish is minor and does not impact its functionality. I stated i would except a $9.99 refund. I also noticed how the email exchange went from addressing me as Dear Mike to Dear Customer.
