Product is fine. Its the customer service that sucks. No one answers phones. Emails or responds to the live chat. Charge u for 3 day shipping that take 7 days to get. Went from Kingsport tn to Johnson city to Charlotte nc to Nashville then Chattanooga before getting to athens. Why? If u say shipping, insured and satisfaction guaranteed then why dont they stand by it.
