Excellent product and amazing customer service.

So far I got great experience however the mat bundle Ive order two weeks ago hasn't arrived. I got the ropes with the wrist bands, tapes, and tote bag instead of the mat. Hopefully I'll receive my mat this Monday. That could save me from suffering these shin splints.

The rope gets tangled and lose form in any way you wrap it. In big circles or around the sticks. Even jumping is pron to twist on its self. Also the free lessons or guide whatever, is a scam and I don’t even remember where it was a subscription so I was charged for 60+dollars con something I don’t need. And when I try to follow the instruction to unsubscribe there is not one link to do so. Not on my profile or anywhere. Overall a normal to bad rope and a scam service… I would take the time to

Ich habe mir die Matte bestellt und dazu gab es zwei Seile gratis dazu. Habe mittlerweile alles ausprobiert und bin vollsten zufrieden. Die Matte rutscht nicht und die Qualität ist auch super. Genauso, wie die Seile. Außerdem hatte ich mit dem Support Kontakt und der war super freundlich und hilfreich.

I ordered the mat and the jumping robes and I only received the mat and no jumping robes. Been with the support over one month and they seem to try and waste my time. So far, I have not received my full order. Customer support response gave the scam vibes. Order#46917 I have attached my communication with the delivery personnel. Check the photo only the mat. No jumping robes. Extremely disappointing.
