Customer service sent us a one word answer “there are instructions”. (There were not- there was merely a piece of paper that said “replace” with additional airbag.) We had to cut out sewn in parts of the costume and pretty much do surgery on it to get it to operate. Why are you selling costumes that we have to remake??
