so im really unhappy with the headset because theres been issues since the day it came. i really like the look and how it feels on the head but the issues were that its meant to be xbox compatible and its not, so now i cant use the wireless feature and have to plug it in with the wire. Also another issue, is that when im in some sort of xbox party or game chat when people speak to me they complain because my mic sounds terrible, expensive mic thats bad, im appauled, i would like a refund please
