There were time policy states that an item needs to be in its original packaging however the item that I bought you are unable to lift out of the box due to it being so heavy therefore I am stuck with an item that I won’t use also the delivery service that they use told me the item had been delivered when it hadn’t been and I received no updates regarding the delivery. I had to call them and question it and all they said was this happens often.
