This is his second one. I hope it lasts longer than other one lasted 1 year. He has Parkensonism and the way it vibrates is so perfect for him and fits great in his hands that has tremors great. The out side of ball is made with nice gripping. But again the vibration is perfect not to rough but steady he falls asleep with it.
