I've had a great experience with Ausom, and I actually did have to contact their customer service for a couple things. They helped me upgrade to a dual-motor model sincr I realized I'd get the single-motor after moving apartments. Scooter arrived quickly, it was super affordable, and it's built like a tank. I've recommended it to loads of friends, and I've put over 50 miles on it already, probably gonna hit 100 miles before February. Shenzhen is totally the Silicon Valley of the 2020s, kudos!

450 miles and I already had to replace the motor, plus it took two months to get delivered. Also Anytime someone asks me about my scooter I make sure to tell them to buy from any other company but ausom solely due to the extreme delays in delivery time for parts. Over two months is absolutely ridiculous
