Had to threaten with a refund request to finally get a tracking number

Lausy customer service, no one replies to messages about the refund for broken shipment! They do not pack the shipment properly nor using the professional delivery for this kind of items. My complete order arrived broken and damaged and I have waited for it for over a month!

Das Geschirr war sehr gut und sicher verpackt. Eine Teillieferung ist am Weg irgendwo hängengeblieben und daher hab ich eine Mail an Tablelglow geschickt. Ich bekam eine sehr nette Rückmeldung und mittlerweile ist die Teillieferung auch bei mir angekommen. Ich hab schon wieder neue Teile bestellt. Ihr habt wirklich cooles Gescchirr!

oh, you guys just forgot about 3 items, then i asked for refund and you just ignored and sent all missing items, completely ignoring my request, telling all items was sent

Slow delivery

Over 3 weeks and delivery still hasn't been received. Overcharged as a B2B customer. Hard to get in touch with company.

Unfortunately, I cannot write a proper product review because I still haven't received my order. I placed my order on November 30th, and as of December 23rd, it still hasn't arrived. It turns out the items are shipped from China, which was not made clear on the website at the time of purchase. As a result, the products will not arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointing experience due to the lack of transparency about shipping origin and delivery times.

Wenige Produktdetails, oft Größen nicht genau beschrieben, Maße haben oft gefehlt, um zu verstehen, was die Größenunterschiede der Varianten des Produktes sind

Eine Absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe mein Geld nicht vollständig zurück bekommen. Es wird weder auf Mails noch auf Telefon reagiert. Unfassbar. Ich habe bis jetzt nur 276 und 126 Euro per PayPal zurück erstattet bekommen. Ich bitte jetzt den Restbetrag zurück zu überweisen.
