I wrote a total of four emails... unfortunately, no response :-( I'm very disappointed.
Surprise number one: on top of the purchase price, there were an unexpected €14 in customs fees.
Surprise number two: the necklace arrived broken, as you can see in the photos.
I tried contacting them by email and Instagram... unfortunately, no response at all.
Really frustrating.
