The return process was a hassle. I had to pay up front for return shipping while waiting on Viking bags to make a decision to accept the return. This by itself left an unpleasantness that I might have to contact my bank to start working on getting my shipping money back. Finally many days later I had to call to get any action on the return. This is not how business should be conducted. I did finally get a return shipping label and my bank now shows the refund.
