My order was never shipped or delivered

Easy to purchase from. Took 5-6 weeks to arrive. I don’t like that I can’t tell what brand I’m getting. I have found they are not all equal in quality.

I paid $26 and it didn't work.

Love all the options you to choose from and I have tried a lot of others and honestly this has been the best so far.

Paid for 2 starter kits (one was a gift) and received only one led lamp.

It took a long time for them to arrive and I dislike using the shop app for tracking.

I emailed your company after receiving my order on June 3rd, because I ordered 7 sets total, received 8 and only 3 sets were correct. Never heard back from company at all.

I bought the Starter kit that. should have included an LED light to dry and cure the nails. NO light was included. I was not able to even use the products since I did not receive a pretty essential tool. I've written to the company and had no response. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quality is horrible. The nails are just dollar store nails with different generic brands. I was supposed to get an LED light with the order and it was missing. I paid $60 for $10 worth of junk.

I’ve attempted to contact customer service several times without success to return items that appeared to be gel stickers but ended up being glue on nails. I would not recommend this company solely based off their customer service alone.

Also I have reached out to company numerous times to cancel order prior to shipping with no response, also they shop app and no response and now I have disputed charge with bank. I didn’t receive full order, nor did I get what I ordered. They are a scam company. You get the exact same nails from Temu but way cheaper.

Don’t waste your time and money!

Didn't get half my order. Only the mails. No uv lamp that states comes with starter kit. Plus ships over seas. Took to long. Walmart diva nails just as good and price. This was a waste of money and time.

product not received as was advertised. nail light is just a LED light. nothing special with light. don't need a light for the hard-shell fake nail. the nails were not the gel ones that were advertised.

Never received my entire order. I ordered the starter package that included a UV light. Never arrived, extremely disappointed! I'll be sticking with Color Street, that way I actually get what I paid for!
