Poor customer service experience. I ordered car protective sail covers online (Order #1716), but they were too small. I contacted the company immediately and confirmed that 3 boxes are unopened and still in original packaging. After providing all requested details, I was told “I will let you know shortly,” but no follow-up was given. Despite multiple messages and stating the matter is urgent, there has been no resolution. Very disappointing after-sales support.
