The shopping experience itself was smooth and hassle-free. However, the delivery process was extremely disappointing. XpressBees took 3 days and still didn't deliver a package within the same city. I had to visit their warehouse to collect the shoes personally. Had I not followed up and gone there myself, it would have easily taken another couple of days. I strongly recommend not using this courier service for future shipments.
