I have been trying to reach you by phone, but your telephone number disconnects without ringing. I have sent emails and have had no response from your team. Your website seemed legitimate, but there are numerous disgruntled customers posting bad reviews on the web, along with an F rating from the BBB. This is most confusing as my order was fulfilled within 5 days of order, packaged well, but unfortunately, the Woodland train cover was omitted without explanation. I am hoping that you are really decent people, that your company is doing well and that the omission was merely an oversight. At this point, all I really want is ANY. Super Maxi cover to fit over the latex mat, as this bundle is a Christmas gift. Otherwise, I will have to return the remainder of the merchandise for refund via Paypal.
