I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my order (#51732), placed on September 22. Despite the significant amount I spent, I have not yet received my order, nor have I received any meaningful update or resolution from your team.
I have reached out to customer service, but the responses so far have not been helpful in clarifying the status or expected delivery timeline. This lack of communication and follow-up is very frustrating and far below the level of service I expected.
