*Color Mismatch:* The color is not as depicted on the website. I expected a light grey, but the actual product has a noticeable greenish tint, which was disappointing.
• *Cushion Quality:* This is the biggest letdown. The cushions are extremely uncomfortable, with poor density and support. After just a month of use, there are already visible signs of sagging and wear in the seating area. If this trend continues, the couch will look old and deformed in just a few months, which is unacceptable

Honestly like 99.99% perfect. I went in store to see them in real life and the staff were amazing. They explained all the fabrics and even moved the pieces around for me to test. They were friendly and so patient with all my questions. My only wish is that the pillows could’ve been explained more as I bought the wrong ones for the layout I want. I ended up buying online and the WhatsApp support were incredible too answering more questions and sending me a few quotes. Really an outstanding team!
