Very poor. I initially started ordering bridesmaid dresses around 7 weeks ago for my 4 bridesmaids. Two of the dresses were perfect, but I had to exchange two of them for a different size. I then received incorrect dresses 4 different times! I am still waiting to receive the correct dresses. Communication and customer service has been really poor and it has been difficult to resolve this. I have had to ask 4 times to be reimbursed for the refund, even though it was their error.
