I initially emailed about an issue with my item and received no response. I only heard back after submitting their online form, but when I replied again, I was ignored. A replacement was sent with a return label, however the label arrived creased and wouldnāt scan, so I couldnāt return the faulty item. I emailed again on the 10th and itās now the 20th with no reply. The customer service is shocking and extremely disappointing.
